- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas 4. Grease a 23cm round cake tin.
- Steep the teabag in the warm milk for 5 minutes, then remove the teabag.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the Guinness, tea-infused milk, and dried fruit to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brack to cool slightly in the tin before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- To glaze, heat the honey in a small saucepan until it is runny. Brush the honey over the top of the brack.
