  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  7. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.
