Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Cut the bok choy into 1-inch pieces, broccoli florets into small pieces, and snap peas into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the bok choy, broccoli, snap peas, red and green bell peppers, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
  5. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still have a slight crunch.
