  5. Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  6. Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
  7. Chicken broth or stock - 1 cup

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to flatten slightly.
  3. Steam the broccoli until tender and then let it cool. Once cooled, dice the broccoli into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced broccoli and cheese together.
  5. Spread the chicken breast out flat and stuff each one with the broccoli-cheese mixture. Close the chicken and roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. In a baking dish, place the stuffed chicken breasts and pour chicken broth or stock around them.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
