Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour.
  4. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
