Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook chicken over medium heat until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk until smooth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheeses until melted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, celery, and chicken. Pour in half of the cheese sauce and stir to coat.

  8. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the lasagna is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
