  2. Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  3. Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
  4. Fresh lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  5. Fresh garlic - 6 cloves (crushed)
  6. Dried oregano - 1 tbsp
  7. Red wine vinegar - 2 tbsp
  8. Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tbsp
  9. Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken.
  2. Add the chicken breast to the bowl and make sure it is coated with the marinade mixture.

  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature.
