For the Crepes:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grease the skillet with olive oil.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the skillet and swirl the pan to distribute it evenly into a thin crepe.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove the crepe from the skillet and set aside on a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.

For the Chicken Filling:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
