Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a food processor, combine the chicken, green onions, carrots, celery, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Pulse until the chicken is finely chopped but still has some texture.
  2. Transfer the chicken mixture to a bowl.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  4. Fold the wontons into triangles, bringing the edges together and pressing firmly.
  5. Heat a large pot of water over high heat. Once boiling, add the wontons and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  6. Remove the wontons from the pot with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
