  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped Chinese cabbage, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  4. Place a dumpling wrapper in your palm and add a spoonful of filling to the center. Fold the wrapper in half, pleating the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
