  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. In a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, melt chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate.
  7. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the cooled crust. Top with half of the chocolate mixture. Repeat layers.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
