Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch (20cm) springform pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate.
  4. Spread half of the chocolate mousse over the graham cracker crust. Top with the raspberry jam. Spread the remaining chocolate mousse over the jam.
  5. Scatter the frozen raspberries over the top of the pie. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
