  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and softened butter. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  5. While the dough is rising, make the filling. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
