  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and milk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
  5. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and 1/4 cup (50g) of sugar.
