  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the bread flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add the warm milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and knead until a smooth and elastic dough forms.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
