  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in black beans, corn, tomatoes with green chiles, and taco seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Spread half of the turkey mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with half of the sour cream, half of the cheese, and half of the salsa.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining turkey mixture, sour cream, cheese, and salsa.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted.
  7. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve warm.
