  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
  5. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows, chocolate chips, and heavy cream. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through.
