  1. Soak the white beans overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  2. Preheat the Dutch Oven at medium-high heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper and cook in the Dutch Oven until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
  4. In the same Dutch Oven, add chopped onions, bell peppers, and jalapeno peppers. Saute for 5 minutes.
