Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Press into the prepared baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. While the crust is baking, prepare the custard layer. In a medium bowl, whisk together custard powder and milk until smooth. Set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter together over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the prepared custard mixture. Pour over the baked crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. To make the chocolate ganache, melt chocolate chips and butter together over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in icing sugar and water until smooth. Pour over the custard layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
