Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 oval-shaped patties.
  4. In a large skillet, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Brown the patties on all sides.
  5. Transfer the patties to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
