  2. Dip ladyfingers in coffee mixture and arrange them in the prepared dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.
  5. Stir in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold egg whites into mascarpone mixture.
  8. In another bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  9. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
  10. Spread half of mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers.
  11. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  12. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
