  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in egg, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a large bowl, prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Stir in semisweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
  4. If desired, add a few drops of black food coloring to the brownie batter for a Halloween-themed twist.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter. Top with remaining brownie batter.
