Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 9-inch (23-centimeter) springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the chopped Gianduja chocolate. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool completely.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to boil. Pour over the chopped Gianduja chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes, until the chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth.
