Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Remove the green leaves and core from the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, cornstarch, and all-purpose flour. Mix well to coat the cauliflower.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Carefully add the cauliflower florets to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  5. In a separate skillet, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ginger-garlic paste, green chili pepper, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt to the skillet. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices become aromatic.
  7. Add the fried cauliflower to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and coated with the spices.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional) and serve hot.
