Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the green chiles until smooth.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until softened.

  5. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and salt. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes a smooth sambal.
