  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cook chicken in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from heat and let stand until cool enough to handle, then shred.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper until softened.
  4. Stir in black beans, corn, tomatoes, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
