  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Add the black beans, corn, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Spread 1/2 cup of the filling down the center of each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam side down in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
