  2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the dough is resting, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
  4. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
