Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Slice the beef flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Add the beef strips to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the marinated beef strips on it.
