  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, green chilies, honey, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the chicken mixture and stir.
  4. Spread 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Top with 1/8 cup each of the cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and place seam side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
