  1. Set the Instant Pot to "Sauté" mode. Add the olive oil and heat over medium heat.

  4. Add the rice and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the chicken broth and white wine (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to "Pressure Cook" mode on high for 6 minutes.
  7. Once the cooking time is complete, let the Instant Pot naturally release pressure for 5 minutes, then release the remaining pressure manually.
