Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and pork over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Place a large cabbage leaf on a work surface. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the filling onto the cabbage leaf and roll it up, tucking in the sides. Repeat with the remaining cabbage leaves and filling.
  5. In the Instant Pot, combine the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Place the cabbage rolls on top of the liquid.
  6. Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
