Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In an Instant Pot, heat the olive oil on the "Sauté" setting.
  3. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add the onion, carrots, celery, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add the chicken broth, water, and wild rice. Bring to a boil.
