  7. Onion (1 large, chopped)

  9. Beef broth or stock (1 cup)

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil and season the beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown the beef on both sides, then remove and set aside.
  4. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the same pan and cook until softened.
  5. Pour the canned tomatoes into the pan, break them up with a spoon and let them cook for about 10 minutes.
