Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Prepare the tofu by cutting it into small cubes or thin slices. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and salt to create a dressing. Set aside.
  4. Heat a pan and toast the almond slices until lightly golden and fragrant. Remove and set aside to cool.
  5. Toss the prepared tofu and dressing into the bowl with the vegetables until well combined.
