Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage. Drain off any excess fat.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in Alfredo sauce and heat through.
  6. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  8. Place a lasagna noodle on a flat surface. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese mixture down the center of the noodle.
  9. Top with a layer of ground beef mixture.
  10. Roll up the noodle tightly and place seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
