Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk, chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, butter, and mint extract.
  2. Over medium heat, cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. If desired, add green food coloring to tint the fudge light green.
  4. Pour half of the fudge into an 8x8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  5. Place the dish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until the fudge has set.
  6. Spread the remaining fudge over the chilled layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  8. Before serving, cut the fudge into squares and garnish with toasted coconut.
