Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, onion, green bell pepper, carrots, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner facing you.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling and roll tightly towards the opposite corner.
  5. Fold the left and right corners in and continue rolling until the wrapper is sealed.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 with the remaining egg roll wrappers and pork mixture.
  7. Heat the vegetable oil in the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  8. Place the lumpia in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
