  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, honey, orange juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Place the ham in a roasting pan fitted with a wire rack. Brush the glaze evenly over the entire surface of the ham.
  4. Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the roasting pan to prevent the glaze from burning.
