4. Cut the mini marshmallows in half and place one half on each strawberry for the hat cuff.
5. Place the remaining half of the marshmallow on top of the hat cuff for the hat brim.
6. Add sprinkles to the hat brims for decoration, if desired.
7. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
