  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, red pepper flakes, and allspice.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork roast.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
