  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8-inch pie plate.

  4. In a small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee powder in hot water. Let cool slightly, then stir in cold water.
