Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment, whisk together the all-purpose flour, multigrain flour, bread flour, yeast, warm water, and salt.
  2. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes, then increase to medium speed and knead for 5-7 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  3. Add the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, and black sesame seeds and mix for 1 minute until evenly distributed.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Place the loaf in a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and cover it with a damp cloth.
  6. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
