  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the peanut butter.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk and beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Beat until just combined.
