  1. Heat half of the melted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, mushrooms, green and red bell peppers, and cook until softened, about 5 more minutes.
  3. Return the steak to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables. Cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the provolone, cheddar, and Swiss cheese until melted.
  5. Split the dinner rolls in half and spread the remaining melted butter on one side of each half. Place the steak and cheese mixture on the buttered side of one half of the rolls and top with the other half.
