  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Alternately add the dry ingredients and coconut milk to the wet ingredients, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
