Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove ribs from packaging and rinse under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika (if using). Rub mixture evenly over ribs.
  4. Wrap ribs loosely in aluminum foil and place in a large baking dish.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove ribs from oven and unwrap. Pour barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar over ribs.
