Ingredients and Weight:

1 block of tofu (about 250g) 2 cups of fresh vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, or broccoli) (about 200g) 100g of lean pork or chicken cut into thin strips 100g of fresh mushrooms 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of pepper (optional) 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Cube the tofu and set aside.
  2. Clean and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a hot wok, add cooking oil and stir-fry the meat until it turns white. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add the vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until they are semi-cooked.
  5. Add the tofu cubes and continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper (if using). Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
