  1. Peel and thinly slice the apples.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook until soft and fragrant, about 10 minutes.

  4. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper.
