  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  4. Add chopped onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet with ground beef. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
